This policy explains what personal information Makdolla ("we", "us") collects through makdolla.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Newsletter signups: your email address, and your name if you give it, plus the date you signed up and which form you used.
• Contact form and emails to us: your name, email address, optional order number and the contents of your message.
• Email delivery data: whether a message we sent you was delivered, bounced or marked as spam, so we can stop sending to addresses that don't want or can't receive our email.

How we use it

• To send our newsletter — news about drops, restocks and promotions — only if you signed up for it.
• To reply to your messages and help with orders.
• To keep our mailing list healthy: we automatically stop emailing addresses that bounce or report our email as spam.

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don't add people to our list who haven't signed up.

Unsubscribing

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you immediately, and we won't send you marketing email again unless you sign up again. You can also email hello@makdolla.com and ask us to remove you.

Who processes your data

Our email is sent and received through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), and our subscriber list is stored on our own server. These providers process data only to deliver our service.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your address on a do-not-email list so we can honor your choice. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to help you, and you can ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@makdolla.com.
